The Virtual Talent Cooperative (VTC) was the natural conclusion to an industry with a vested interest in favoring profit over the wellbeing of the creators who generated it. The project to replace traditional agencies with a fair labor solution began in 2022 with our founder, Wayneright. 

VTC is a soft agency offering management, brand strategy, and long-term support for Vtubers who demonstrate a real desire to have a career in entertainment. We believe that content creation is a valid, legitimate career, and that creators deserve a dignified, reliable income. 

Members of the cooperative contribute to the collective with a revenue split, and enjoy a profit dividend in addition to the shared benefits of the collective. We value solidarity, equality, and good-faith collaboration.
